Carlsbad Democrats Official Logo

The chosen name of our organization, “Carlsbad Democrats,” is prominently featured in our logo because we are a club of volunteers who are registered members of the Democratic Political Party based in the municipality of Carlsbad, California.

Our membership is not restricted only to residents of Carlsbad, however. Any registered Democrat who seeks membership may be eligible to belong regardless of where they reside across the USA.

The logo also features the blossom of the bird of paradise flower. Traditionally, the flower symbolizes “paradise, freedom, and joy.” With our foundational emphasis on Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI), as essential values and goals, Carlsbad Democrats strive for a society in which all people and every person in the One Human Family can live in freedom and joyous harmony. To do so would be like paradise on Earth.
